Pure Graphite Rolls and Sheets
Natural graphite flake turns to intercalated compound by chemical treatment. This chemical compound then rapidly decomposes by heating process, becoming expanded powder. Its bulk density is about 0.003g/cc. Then the powder is manufactured into sheets or rolls. No binder is used in the processing.
- Glands;
- Pressed packing rings;
- Gaskets used in flanges, covers of observation holes, level meters;
- Direct attach to the metal surfaces for gas phase sealing effectively;
- Especially the expanded graphite rolls can be used on automatic production lines.

Reinforced Graphite Sheets
The reinforced graphite sheets are in three layers, the middle is a stainless steel sheet (or mesh) and both sides are flexible graphite sheets. The products are done through specially pressing or sticking process.
It is a kind of sealing packing with excellent comprehensive properties, and prevent from being squeezed out or sticking onto flanges, be suitable for making gaskets of cylinders for air compressors, internal combustion engines and packing for different piping and flanges.
With the following properties:
- Good compressibility and resilience;
- Small stress relaxation;
- Fine compensating function for unevenness of surfaces;
- Long service life.
