Silicone / PTFE Coated Silica Fabrics
Our silica fabrics are available with silicone coating.
Silicone rubber compounded in special formula is applied to coat or impregnate on one side or both sides of silica fabrics. Generally, the coating is only needed on one side of silica fabrics, and it provides a good solution for dust control or smoke contol at high temperature circumstance.
PTFE (teflon) coating is available also. Coated or impregnated with a specially formulated PTFE resin compound, our PTFE coated silica fabrics are featured with properties of nonflammability, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance.
